RSWA Recycling Baling Facility Construction
R2Build completed construction of a new 16,800-square-foot recycling baling facility for the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (RSWA) at the Ivy Solid Waste & Recycling Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.
The project included construction of a pre-engineered metal building with loading dock equipment, electrical infrastructure, roadway improvements, and extensive site development. Additional work involved stormwater management systems, erosion and sediment control, landscaping, and site restoration.
The completed facility supports RSWA’s regional recycling operations by providing improved infrastructure for material handling and processing. R2Build delivered the project with an emphasis on quality workmanship, safety, and coordinated construction management.
